Deltek provide end users the option of a self service reset. This can be used in the following situations:


When to reset password 

1. I forgot my password

2. My password won't work


When to unlock account

1. When I've entered the wrong password three times



To reset my password

Click Reset Password



In the Enter Username field, enter your Deltek Costpoint username and click continue


You will be prompted with one of your security questions. Answer the security question and enter the verification characters then click continue



Reset your password

1. In the New Password field, type the new password

2. In the Confirm New Password field, retype your new password

3. Type the verification characters

4. Click Reset Password



Unlock You Deltek Costpoint Account


Click Unlock Account



In the Enter Username field, enter your Deltek Costpoint username and click continue


You will be prompted with one of your security questions. Answer the security question and enter the verification characters then click continue



You will receive a notification that your identity has been verified and a prompt to enter the verification characters



You should see an alert that your account has been successfully unlocked
